REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation cancellations must be made during weekday business hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.) 48 hours in advance of service request dates with a member of office management. (After hours voice mail not an acceptable notification). ROUND TRIP and ONE WAY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE unless requested 48 hours in advance of scheduled request dates. Partial refund of round trip fares also require 48 hours advance notification and must be made during weekday business hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.) with a member of office management.
